TCEQ Construction Notifications (Current)
These files contain a current listing of any person who intends either to install a new or replacement of Underground Storage Tank (UST) or Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), to remove a UST from the ground, to conduct a permanent abandonment in-place of an UST, or make any repairs or improvements of a UST who submits a Construction Notification Form TCEQ-0495.

- NOC - Contains information about notice of constructions to include facility number, noc id, sequence number, pending facility flag, original tracking number, application received date, CARB order number, contractor data, consultant data, and signature data.
- NOC Type - Contains information about notice of constructions to include noc id, sequence number, and notification type (UST, AST, etc).
- NOC Type Construction - Contains information about notice of constructions to include noc id, sequence number, and construction type (Installation, Replacement, etc).
- NOC Scheduled Date - Contains information about notice of constructions to include noc id, sequence number, scheduled date of construction, late filing flag, waiver flag, and customer at time of construction.
- NOC Description - Contains information about notice of constructions to include noc id, sequence number, description sequence number and construction description.
- NOC Other - Contains information about notice of constructions to include noc id, sequence number, method of filing, customer name at time of construction, contractor data, Inspection data, various dates and letter data, and lpst data.
