Financial Assurance for Public Drinking Water Systems and Utilities
Financial assurance requirements and contact information pertaining to public drinking water systems and utilities.
Public water systems and retail public utilities required to provide financial assurance as part of their Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) must do so according to the rules found in Subchapter O of Chapter 37.
