Public Hearings Set for New Proposed SIP Rules
Public hearings have been set for the proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) rules for the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston/Galveston/Brazoria regions.
The proposed (SIP) rules are found on the TCEQ rules page. The narratives for both the DFW and HGB SIP are also posted. The SIP must be submitted to the U.S. EPA by June 15, 2007.
