The development of Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) based on-road emissions inventories and photochemical modeling results will be discussed. The TCEQ is taking comment on using on-road emissions inventories based on MOVES in the proposed DFW Attainment Demonstration State Implementation Plan Revision of the 1997 Eight-Hour Ozone Standard Nonattainment Area.
