Reducing Emissions Using Diesel Emulsion Fuel (Withdrawn)

Information and links to documents about the regulation to control emissions using diesel-emulsion-fuel formulation in the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria ozone nonattainment area.

The diesel-emulsion rule was proposed as a control strategy under Texas’ State Implementation Plan (SIP). This rule has since been withdrawn. This page provides information and downloadable documents about this withdrawn control strategy.
