How Do I Apply for a Voucher

Information on how to apply for a Drive a Clean Machine voucher.

Each local Drive a Clean Machine program administrator has its own application and contact information to apply for a voucher. Only your local program administrator can approve you to receive a voucher. Reimbursement cannot be made directly to vehicle owners or after a vehicle has been purchased or repaired.

Note: The value of the replacement vehicle may affect eligibility requirements and/or benefits for financial assistance programs such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Please contact your case worker if you have any questions.

Please see your local program administrator's information below for availability of address, phone, and online materials.
