About the Revision
Adoption Date:10/15/1999
EPA Approval Date: 1/12/2000 (65 FR 1862)
Key Changes: The revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) identifies emission reductions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area that were not included in the revision to the SIP adopted on February 24, 1999. The addition of these emission-reduction credits will make up the rate-of-progress shortfall that previously existed and will allow a new motor-vehicle emissions budget to be used for transportation conformity purposes.Related Rules
