Rule/Citation: 30 TAC 117 Subchapter E, Division 2

Description: These rules are part of the SIP and are intended to reduce emissions of NOx. The NOx emission specifications in §117.3110 apply to units placed into service before December 31, 1999, as defined in §117.3101, including long wet kilns, long dry kilns, preheater kilns, preheater-precalciner kilns, and precalciner kilns. The mandatory NOx source cap requirements of §117.3123 apply to portland cement kilns located in Ellis County and are a part of the DFW eight-hour ozone attainment demonstration.
