Tax Relief: Tier I Table and Expedited Review List
The Tier I Table is a list of pollution-control property/equipment determined by the TCEQ to be eligible for a positive use determination. The Expedited Review List is a list of generic pollution-control property/equipment categories specifically listed in TTC 11.31(k) to be eligible for a positive use determination.
