The New Technology Research and Development Program (NTRD) provides financial incentives to encourage and support research, development, and commercialization of technologies that reduce pollution in Texas through the issuance of state funded grants. As of September 1, 2009, the TCEQ has resumed administration of the NTRD program.
| The final NTRD grant application period ended on November 22, 2010. Applications may no longer be submitted for funding consideration. As of September 1, 2011, the TCEQ will no longer be soliciting or awarding grants under the NTRD program. |
