Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Meeting for TERP Guideline Revisions

The TCEQ is offering an opportunity for written and oral public comments on proposed revisions on the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan—Guidelines for Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants (TCEQ publication RG‑388), in accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code 386.053(d).

These guidelines contain the criteria for grants under the TERP as authorized under Chapter 386, Subchapter C, of the Texas Health and Safety Code. The guidelines have been revised to include policy changes and statutory changes from House Bill (HB) 3399 enacted by the 82nd Texas Legislature, 2011, Regular Session.
