PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. Any person may submit written comments on the draft permit. Comments relating to the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the revised permit conditions may result in changes to the draft permit.

Written public comments should be submitted to the Air Permits Division, MC 163, P.O. Box 13087, Austin, Texas 78711-3087 and received within 30 days after the publication of this announcement.

A notice of proposed final action that includes a response to comments and identification of any changes to the draft permit will be mailed to everyone who submitted public comments for this application.
