Important information  West Texas Oil & Gas Local Government Workshops – Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in conjunction with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will be hosting a series of Oil and Gas Workshops for Local Governments. The workshops are designed to provide local governments with information on jurisdictional authority between the TCEQ & RRC as well as an overview of air, water and waste rules that apply to the oil and gas industry.
