Air

  • Standard Permit for Concrete Batch Plant with Enhanced Controls - If you operate under the standard permit with enhanced controls, you may continue to do so if you can still meet the requirements of that standard permit. Once the permit expires, you must amend the standard permit with enhanced controls or obtain approval from us to operate under the 2012 concrete batch plant standard permit.
  • New Source Review Authorization - If you cannot qualify for one of the above standard permit authorizations, then you must apply for a new source review air quality permit under 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 116 .
  • Annual Inspection Fees - Concrete batch plants are subject to annual inspection fees articulated in 30 TAC 101.24(f) .
