Certification of Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)
Instructions and forms to certify delivery of your CCR.
What you need to do:
- Provide your CCR to your bill-paying customers and non-bill-paying consumers by July 1 of every year.
- Complete the CCR Certification of Delivery form (see forms below). This form documents to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) that you have provided your CCR to your bill-paying customers and non-bill-paying customers by July 1.
- Mail to TCEQ by July 1 of every year:
- one copy of completed form CCR Certification of Delivery and;
- one copy of the CCR that you provided to your customers and consumers.

The TCEQ will waive the mailing requirement for community systems that serve 500 or fewer persons provided that the system provides notice at least once per year by July 1 to its customers by mail, door-to-door delivery, or by posting in an appropriate location that the report is available upon request.
