Surface Water Monthly Operating Report 2 (SWMOR2)

Reporting form for public water systems that treat surface water or groundwater that is under the direct influence of surface water (GUI) and monitor combined filter effluent turbidity in lieu of individual filter turbidity. It contains information used to determine a water treatment plant's compliance with treatment technique, monitoring, and reporting requirements.
