Filter Assessment Report for Individual Filters (in Excel)
The Filter Assessment Report (FAR) must be completed and submitted when an individual filter has confirmed effluent turbidity readings above 1.0 NTU on three separate occasions during any consecutive three months. The SWMOR spreadsheet automatically determines if a FAR is needed.
