Filter Reports for Individual Filters

When a filter begins showing signs of performance below required operational standards, then a Filter Profile Report (FPR) or a Filter Assessment Report (FAR) must be submitted, depending on the severity of the degraded filter performance. Please complete and submit the appropriate filter report.

Filter Profile Report

Complete and submit the Filter Profile Report (FPR) when an individual filter has confirmed effluent turbidity readings above 1.0 NTU.

  • See the Surface Water Monthly Operating Reporting Manual which has full instructions in Chapter 4 Adobe Acrobat PDF Document for the FPR.
  • For help with creating a Filter Profile Report, view this example Microsoft Excel of a completed FPR form.
  • To complete a Filter Profile Report, use this blank Microsoft Excel FPR form (TCEQ-10276 Form).

Filter Assessment Report

Complete and submit the Filter Assessment Report (FAR) when an individual filter has confirmed effluent turbidity readings above 1.0 NTU on three separate occasions during any consecutive three months. The Surface Water Monthly Operating Report spreadsheet automatically determines if a FAR is needed.

  • See the SWMOR Manual which has full instructions in Chapter 5 Adobe Acrobat PDF Document for the FAR.
  • For help with creating a Filter Assessment Report, view this example Microsoft Excel of a completed FAR form.
