Current and upcoming online options for reporting, permitting, licensing, and registration -- plus payment of fees and other assessments.

 

ePermits: Apply for storm water permits and PST self-certification. eRegistration: Register your boat or pump-out station for sewage disposal, plus other registrations. eLicense Renewal: Renew your occupational license or registration if you've completed the required CEUs.
eReporting: Submit your discharge monitoring reports, annual emissions inventory, and more. eFiling: File documents for cases under consideration at upcoming commission agenda meetings or at SOAH. eComments: Submit your comments online for certain TCEQ activities.
ePay: Use a credit card or electronic check to pay many of your fees and assessments.

Registration for the new oil and gas PBR is available in ePermits for Level 1 and 2. Even if your site is located outside of the Barnett Shale area you may voluntarily register under these requirements.
