Rio Grande Valley Water Awareness Summit

This summit will increase public awareness on: the value of water in our everyday lives, the facts on where the water comes from, the importance of water conservation efforts, and how these efforts can make a difference.
Stakeholder Meeting about a Plan to Improve Austin-Area Watersheds
City of Austin Waller Creek Center, 625 E. 10th Street, Room 104, Austin Texas
The goal of this plan is to reduce bacteria and protect people's safe use of Waller, Walnut, and Shoal creeks and Taylor Slough in the city of Austin. If you use these streams, or live or work in their watersheds, please consider participating. At this meeting, the Coordination Committee will begin forming work groups for specific tasks.
Stakeholder Meeting about the Plan to Improve General Uses of Petronila Creek

Stakeholders are invited to join representatives from the TCEQ and Nueces River Authority to review progress toward keeping the creek clean and safe for humans and aquatic species.
At this meeting, we will also begin a review of the I-Plan developed in 2007 to determine whether it should be updated.

The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a Public Hearing on Lauren Concrete, LP's Proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a Concrete Batch Plant with Enhanced Controls, Registration Nos. 107086 and 107087 on Monday, February 11, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in Austin, Texas.
Stakeholder Meeting about Plans to Improve Water Quality in Armand Bayou

The goal of this plan is reduce bacteria levels and protect the safety of recreation in the waters of Armand Bayou. We encourage anyone who lives or works in the area to participate in the process of improving water quality in the bayou. The goal for this meeting is to form the Coordination Committee that will develop the I-Plan.
