TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's proposed amendment and renewal of Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State General Permit TXG920000.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on BAP Kennor Landfill, LLC's proposed new Registration Application No. 40335 to construct and operate a Type V municipal solid waste recycling facility. The proposed facility, BAP Kennor C&D Recycling Facility, will be located at 3411 Silver Creek Road, Fort Worth 76108, in Tarrant County.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the draft TMDL in one assessment unit: Cotton Bayou Tidal 0801C_01.

The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate an informational meeting on Bellagio 443, LLC's proposed petition for the creation of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 15, TCEQ Internal Control No. D-09072022-008.

TCEQ will hold a stakeholder meeting to provide information and solicit input from all stakeholders on the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program.

These meetings are formal, legal proceedings in which commissioners meet openly to consider permit applications, enforcement actions, and other agency business, as well as to discuss TCEQ programs and policies with staff.

The Municipal Solid Waste Permits section will facilitate the Municipal Solid Waste Management and Resource Recovery Advisory Council (MSWRRAC). MSWRRAC meetings are held once a quarter. Topics may include discussion of state policies and programs, and recommendations on MSW management.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Energy Transfer Petrochemical Holdings, LLC's proposed State Air Quality Standard Permit 170854, issuance of Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Air Quality Permit PSDTX1614, issuance of Hazardous Air Pollutant Major Source [FCAA §112(g)] Permit HAP81, and issuance of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) PSD Air Quality Permit GHGPSDTX227 for emissions of GHGs, which would authorize construction of a facility at 2300 North Twin City Highway, Nederland, Jefferson County, Texas 77627.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on J7 Ready Mix, LLC's proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 172856, which would authorize construction of a concrete batch plant located at 5428 East Farm-to-Market Road 1187, Burleson, Tarrant County, Texas 76028.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate an informational meeting on Dry Creek Materials LLC's proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 174388, which would authorize construction of a permanent rock crushing facility located in Quinlan, Hunt County, Texas 75474.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss water quality issues affecting communities in the Big Creek watershed and present the draft Big Creek Watershed Implementation Plan.

This class is useful for those that have used the Tier II Reporting application before and are only interested in a shortened version of the training that will put emphasis on what has changed since last reporting season.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Blizexas, LLC's proposed new TPDES Permit No. WQ0016111001 to authorize the disposal of treated domestic wastewater. The proposed facility and disposal site will be located in Hays County, Texas 78737.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Aqua Texas, Inc.'s proposed new TPDES Permit No. WQ0016350001.

The TCEQ's Cross-Connection Control Program is hosting a quarterly meeting on backflow, cross-connections, and current events in the industry.

The proposed rulemaking (Rule Project Number 2024-004-030-WS) will implement changes made to the statute during the 88th Legislative Session. The TCEQ also proposes to incorporate changes that would: 1) memorialize resiliency training requirements for licensed water operators; 2) require fingerprinting for all applicants of an occupational license for conducting criminal history reviews; 3) reduce the required number of continuing education (CE) credits to renew a Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank Project Manager license; and 4) make other updates as necessary to provide consistency with other licensing requirements and rules.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public hearing on Holcim-SOR, Inc.,'s Proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a Concrete Batch Plant with Enhanced Controls, Registration Number 173955, to authorize the operation of a permanent concrete batch plant with enhanced controls. The facility's proposed location is in Gunter, Grayson County, Texas 75058.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on TOR Texas, LLC's Proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 174858, which would authorize construction of a permanent concrete batch plant located at 13001 Old Denton Road, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas 76177.

Public meeting to provide an introduction on the Recreational Use Attainability Analysis (RUAA) projects on Ash, Dosier, and Derrett Creeks. This meeting will be an opportunity to learn about the projects and for the public to provide valuable information on the study areas. This meeting will be conducted by Texas Institute for Applied Environmental Science (TIAER).

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Martin Marietta Materials Southwest, LLC's proposed renewal of Air Quality Permit No. 55353, which would authorize continued operation of a rock crushing facility located at 3600 Schalker Drive, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77026.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate an informational meeting on Travis Materials Group Ltd's proposed Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 173335, which authorizes construction of a permanent rock and concrete crusher in Bastrop County, Texas 78602.

The facility's proposed location is 5875 Kelley St, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77026.

TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a public meeting on Enbridge Ingleside Oil Terminal, LLC's proposed Water Use Permit Application No. 13775, which would divert 500 acre-feet of water per year from a reach on Corpus Christi Bay, San Antonio-Nueces Coastal Basin, for industrial purposes in San Patricio County.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the draft Regional Corpus Christi Beaches and Bays I-Plan to stakeholders. This meeting has been cancelled.

Staff from the Houston–Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) have been working with communities, interest groups, and local organizations to distribute information about this project and involve stakeholders in developing the Oyster Creek I-Plan for watershed improvement. All public meetings about this project are open to anyone interested.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the Draft Regional Corpus Christi Beaches and Bays I-Plan to stakeholders.
