The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a Public Meeting on the TCEQ's Proposed Amendment and Renewal of General Permit No. TXR150000 Authorizing the Discharge of Stormwater Associated with Construction Activities on Monday, November 12, 2012, in Austin, Texas.

The public is invited to comment on this proposed general permit for stormwater associated with construction activities.

Stakeholders are invited to join scientists from the TCEQ and Texas Water Resources Institute to review progress made toward keeping the lake clean and safe for fish and other aquatic species. This meeting will also begin a process to review the I-Plan developed in 2008 and determine whether it should be updated.

The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a Public Meeting on Pintail Landfill, LLC's Proposed New Municipal Solid Waste Permit No. 2377 on Thursday, November 15, 2012, in Hempstead, Texas.

The main topic of discussion will be an update from TCEQ on the progress of the dioxin and PCB TMDL projects in the Houston-Galveston area.

The commission will hold a public hearing on this proposal in Austin on November 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Building E, Room 201S, at the commission's central office located at 12100 Park 35 Circle.

This meeting is being held to begin organizing a group of people who will formulate a plan to reduce bacteria in four streams in the Austin metropolitan area. The watersheds include portions of Walnut Creek, Waller Creek, the Spicewood Tributary to Shoal Creek, and Taylor Slough South.

The commission will hold a public hearing on this proposal in Austin on December 4, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in Building E, Room 201S, at the commission's central office located at 12100 Park 35 Circle.

The purpose of this meeting is to tell people about the progress on the TMDL and get their feedback. Everyone is invited and welcome to attend.

The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a Public Meeting on Chappell Hill Service Company, LLC's Proposed New Municipal Wastewater Permit No. WQ0015031001 on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, in Chappell Hill, Texas.

The commission will hold public hearings on this proposal in Fort Worth on December 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Regional Office Public Meeting Room at the commission's DFW Regional Office located at 2309 Gravel Dr.; and in Austin on December 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Building E, Conference Room 201S, at the commission's central office located at 12100 Park 35 Circle.

The TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk will facilitate a Public Meeting on El Paso Electric Company's Proposed New Air Quality Construction Permit No. 102294 and Prevention of Significant Deterioration Permit No. PSDTX1290 on Thursday, December 13, 2012, in El Paso, Texas.

The commission will hold public hearings on this proposal in Fort Worth on December 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Regional Office Public Meeting Room at the commission's DFW Regional Office located at 2309 Gravel Dr.; and in Austin on December 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Building E, Conference Room 201S, at the commission's central office located at 12100 Park 35 Circle.

The State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) will conduct a formal Contested Case Hearing on Sharps Environmental Services, Inc.'s Proposed Amendment to Air Quality Permit No. 77002 on January 7, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in Austin, Texas.
