The purpose of this meeting of the stakeholders' Coordination Committee is to discuss the status of their developing plans for improving the watershed. Anyone interested in the project is welcome to attend.

Stakeholder Meeting about a Plan to Protect Recreational Uses of Jarbo Bayou

The Committee will hear recommendations from the work groups, learn about progress on the TMDL document from University of Houston staff, and vote on whether they will petition to join the Bacteria Implementation Group (BIG) to implement the Jarbo Bayou TMDLs or instead create their own I-Plan. Anyone interested in this project is encouraged to attend; everyone is welcome.

Stakeholder Meeting about a Plan to Protect the Safety of Recreation in the San Jacinto River, East and West Forks.

These stakeholders are working on a community plan to reduce the levels of bacteria in their waterways. At this meeting, the Coordination Committee will develop and discuss recommendations they will make to the Bacteria Implementation Group for the Houston–Galveston region. The committee plans to petition to join the BIG's regional implementation plan. Anyone interested in the project is encouraged to attend.
