Reporting Form for Air Emissions and Maintenance Activities
Air Emissions and Maintenance Events notifications and reports are required to be submitted via the TCEQ State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS) which can be accessed by clicking STEERS.
In the event that the STEERS is unavailable due to technical failures or scheduled maintenance, required emissions event, opacity event, and maintenance, startup, & shutdown activity reporting under 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 101 may be completed via facsimile to the appropriate regional office. STEERS notification and reporting is not required for small businesses that meet the small business definition in Texas Water Code, §5.135(g)(2). Small businesses shall provide notifications and reporting by any viable means that meet the time frames required by 30 TAC Chapter 101. If reporting through a mechanism other than STEERS use the air emissions and maintenance events report form. Here you may download the form for reporting air emissions and maintenance events in two formats: Portable Document Format (PDF) and Microsoft Word (DOC)
(Help with PDF.) (Help with Downloading Files.)
In addition, an instructions document is available for help in filling out the air emissions and maintenance events form.
