Stakeholder Group: Boat Sewage Disposal

Now that the rules associated to Boat Sewage (Clean Water Certification Program) have been adopted, this stakeholder group has been dissolved. The TCEQ proposes to repeal Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 321, Subchapter A, Boat Sewage Disposal and adopt a complete new 30 TAC Chapter 321, Subchapter A.

About This Stakeholder Group

Participation in the Boat Sewage Disposal Stakeholder Group is open; anyone who wishes to join may attend the meeting. Its goal is to seek stakeholder input on issues related to implementation of SB 2445, 81st Legislature, 2009, including requirements regarding transient boats in coastal waters, specifications for marine sanitation devices on houseboats, and prohibitions within federally designated no-discharge zones.
