All P2 facilities have been assigned a P2 progam ID that can be found in the Central Registry records. P2 IDs are assigned to the Regulated Entity (RN) and Customer (CN) Numbers associated with the facility Solid Waste Registration (SWR) ID. This will be required of all P2 facilities with SWR IDs. If no SWR ID exists, the P2 ID is assigned to the most recent, or active, RN and CN. All P2 facilities without an existing, active RN or CN will be assigned a RN and a CN by P2 staff, and entered into Central Registry for tracking purposes.
