The Permanent Rock Crusher Stakeholders Group was formed for the purpose of receiving comments and suggestions on a new proposed standard permit replacing the existing permit by rule for rock crushers in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code Section 106.142 (30 TAC Section 106.142 
), Rock Crushers.
About This Advisory Group
TCEQ is seeking stakeholder input concerning a new standard permit for permanent rock crushers. Specifically, TCEQ will be soliciting comments on the definition of a residence. Also, TCEQ will solicit input on the general operational requirement of the draft standard permit. Additionally, TCEQ will be seeking input on proposed changes to the existing standard permit for temporary rock crushers.
Participating in This Advisory Group
The Permanent Rock Crusher Stakeholders Group is open to the public; anyone who wishes to join may attend the meetings. We anticipate that the group will include representation from the aggregate industry, consultants associated with the aggregate industry, environmental groups, public interest groups, and individual citizens.
