Title V Stakeholders Meeting
The Title V Stakeholder Group was established in February 2001 by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Air Permits Division (APD). This group is an open participation group that meets on a periodic basis.

About This Advisory Group
This advisory group will provide the APD with expanded knowledge and resources to help with existing and future Title V program issues. Topics to be discussed include:
- issues related to the Texas Title V program,
- and associated rulemaking projects.
Based on input from the group, the APD staff modifies or provides clarification on Title V program processes, procedures and rules and regulations.
Participating in This Advisory Group
This group is open to the public; anyone who wishes to join may attend the meeting(s). We anticipate that the group will consist of public citizens, Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA), Texas Industry Project (TIP), Dow Chemical, attorneys, and engineers.
Upcoming Meetings
Teleconference locations have been added to provide increased accessibility to the Emissions Fee Stakeholder meeting. The start time has been moved from 10:00AM to 2:00PM to allow for teleconferencing of the meeting.
On December 10, 2010, the Air Quality Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will conduct a stakeholder meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to notify the regulated community and entities with a Title V permit of the pending rulemaking for the air emissions fee rule, 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 30 Section 101.27 . The air emissions fee rule is in the process of being revised to ensure adequate funds are generated to support the Title V program. Comments and suggestions will be received from the regulated community in response to this proposed rulemaking.

Agendas and Minutes from Past Meetings
On August 11, 2009, the Air Quality Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) conducted a stakeholder meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to notify the regulated community that have a Title V permit of the pending rulemaking for the air emissions fee rule. The air emissions fee rule is in the process of being revised to require the owners or operator of a site or an emission source that is required to obtain a federal operating permit to be assessed an air emissions fee. Comments and suggestions have been received from the regulated community in response to this proposed rulemaking.
