September 29, 2008: Revised Policy Memo for the Relocation and Change of Location of Portable Facilities
The Air Permits Division has revised the guidance memo regarding relocations and change of locations of portable facilities. The purpose of the memo is to provide guidance on the proper procedures for movement of portable facilities and compliance with statutes relating to public notice. The guidance memo became effective on September 10, 2008, and replaces the memo previously issued in October 2006.
