Permanent Rule Adoption
This revision incorporates changes adopted by the Texas Air Control Board on June 18, 1992 and effective July 20, 1992. The date following each section indicates the date that section was revised. In addition, numerous minor editorial changes have been made to reconcile stylistic differences between the Texas Air Control Board version of this regulation and the version published by the Texas Register and which appears in the Texas Administrative Code.
