Permanent Rule Adoption
Chapter 116 Subchapter B § 116.1361. Purpose. This change transmittal provides the page(s) that reflect changes and addition to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (commission) Volume of Permanent Rules.
2. Explanation of Change. § 116.136 Subchapter B : New Source Review Permits was repealed and please see Chapter 55, Subchapter B
3. Effect of Change. In concurrent rulemaking, the commission is adopting the requirements of the repealed sections into Chapter 55, Subchapter B with no substantial changes.
