This version of Chapter 117 incorporates changes adopted by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) on January 10, 1996 and effective February 1, 1996. The date following each section indicates the date that section was revised. Numerous minor editorial changes have been made to reconcile stylistic differences between the agency printings of these rules and the version published by the Texas Register which appears in the Texas Administrative Code.
