Preface to Outdated Chapter 117 (Regulation VII)
This version of Chapter 117 incorporates changes adopted by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission on August 31, 1994 and effective September 22, 1994. The date following each section indicates the date that section was revised. Numerous minor editorial changes have been made to reconcile stylistic differences between the agency printings of these rules and the version published by the Texas Register which appears in the Texas Administra- tive Code.
