Outdated Standard Exemption Index

Navigational page with links to files explaining standard exemptions from air permitting requirements for specified types of facilities that began operation in the last quarter of the 20th century.

Listed by Effective Date

Over the years, a few draft versions of the 30 TAC 116 Standard Exemption Lists were accidentally released as official. These lists dated July 15, 1974, October 19, 1979, November 1979 and February 12, 1988, were not officially adopted by the Texas Air Control Board and should not be relied on to determine standard exemption applicability. The only known official lists are in the table below from 1972 through 1996. The 30 TAC 116 List was moved to 30 TAC 106 in November 1996.
