Air PBR 106.141: Batch Mixers Batch mixers using drums with a capacity of 27 cubic feet or less for mixing cement, sand, aggregate, lime, gypsum, additives, and/or water to produce concrete, grout, stucco, mortar, or other similar products are permitted by rule under Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC) Section 106.141.
Air PBR 106.142: Rock Crushers To operate any other rock crusher plant in Texas after July 31, 2008, you must first obtain the Air Quality Standard Permit for Rock Crushers or an individual air permit.

Air PBR 106.147: Asphalt Concrete Plants Facilities used for asphalt concrete plants that meet the conditions stated in 30 TAC Section 106.147 and were registered with the TCEQ by October 31, 2003, may operate under this permit by rule. New facilities must instead apply for a standard permit or an individual permit.
Air PBR 106.148: Material Unloading Material unloading is permitted by rule if it meets the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.4 and 106.148. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.
Air PBR 106.149: Sand and Gravel Processing Any sand and gravel production facility that obtains its material from deposits of sand and gravel consisting of natural disintegration of rock and stone is permitted by rule if it meets the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.149 and 106.4.
