Air PBR 106.142: Rock Crushers
To operate any other rock crusher plant in Texas after July 31, 2008, you must first obtain the Air Quality Standard Permit for Rock Crushers or an individual air permit.
Rock crushers that meet the conditions stated in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Section 106.142 and that are registered under this permit by rule on or before July 31, 2008 are permitted by rule.
To operate any other rock crusher plant in Texas after July 31, 2008, you must first obtain the Air Quality Standard Permit for Rock Crushers or an individual air permit.
If you did claim this PBR for your facility, you must continue to keep records that demonstrate the facility satisfies the general conditions of 30 TAC 106.4 and the specific requirements of this PBR. These records must be available on request for inspection by the TCEQ or any air pollution control program that has jurisdiction.
