Air PBR 106.433: Surface Coat Facility
Surface coating or stripping facilities, excluding vehicle repair and refinishing shops, that meet the conditions stated in 30 TAC Section 106.433 are permitted by rule.
Surface coating or stripping facilities that meet the specific
conditions of Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC),
Section 106.433, 
and are located in a facility that meets the
general conditions of 30 TAC
Section 106.4 are permitted by rule.
Facilities at vehicle repair and refinishing shops are not covered under this permit by rule.
