40 CFR Part 63 - Subpart FFFF - National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing
When considering emission limitations and management practices for hazardous air pollutants (HAP) emitted from miscellaneous organic chemical manufacturing process units (MCPU) that are located at, or are part of, a major source of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) emissions as defined in section 112(a) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), use these requirements reference tables and flowcharts of each section to better understand the application of this rule.
