Clean Air Interstate Rule Applications

Information regarding CAIR for nitrogen oxide (NOx) sources and CAIR for sulfur dioxide (SO2) sources.

Application Requirements

The first form that must be submitted is to EPA, which is the Certificate of Representation (COR, EPA FORM 7610 rev 12-06 (PDF) Exit the TCEQ that is required to define the Designated Representative (DR) and Alternate Designated Representative (ADR) for each affected source.
