Effects of Radioactive Decay on Curie Limits from Importation
Waste Control Specialists LLC (WCS) provided a table summarizing radioactive decay effects on the amount of imported low-level radioactive waste in curies that are predicted to be received by year. WCS provided data on a calendar year basis. For 2012 WCS provided actual curies received from importation and subsequent years are based on estimates of the curies that may be disposed. WCS will update the table annually as actual imports are known in each operating year.
