Information on record keeping and reporting requirements as mandated by state and federal solid waste rules.
Both state and federal solid waste rules mandate certain record keeping and reporting requirements. The TCEQ is responsible for ensuring that solid waste generators submit the required information. Questions, comments, and correspondence about reporting, including annual waste summaries, waste shipment summaries, and monthly waste receipt summaries, should be directed to Industrial and Hazardous Waste Registration Team at (512) 239-6413.
