Used Oil Recycling Program: Am I Regulated?
What is the Used Oil Recycling Program? Do the rules apply to you?
You must register with or report to the TCEQ (or both) if you are:
- a do-it-yourselfer and transport more than 55 gallons of your own used oil
- not a do-it-yourselfer and transport more than 55 gallons used oil
- a used oil collection center
- a used oil handler or manager
- a used oil marketer
