ePermits online applications (HTML): This link takes you to the TCEQ's epermits online Notice of Intent, No Exposure Certification and Notice of Termination application forms to get instant authorization or to instantly terminate a permit.

Notice of Intent: This form is required to be submitted for large construction activities which disturb five or more acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb five or more acres of land. The instructions detailing how to fill the Notice of Intent are included in this form.

Notice of Change: This form is required to be submitted for making updates, changes, or corrections to an NOI or Waiver as required in the general permit.

Notice of Termination: This form is required to be submitted for those construction activities which submitted a Notice of Intent form once the requirements for termination are met.

Site Notice for Small Construction Activities: This form is required for operators (primary and secondary operators) of small activities (i.e., those that disturb one acre or more but less than five acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb one acre or more but less than five acres of land).

Site Notice for Small Construction Activities Automatically Authorized Based on Low Erosion Potential: This form is required for small construction activities that are automatically authorized based on a low potential for erosion (see Part II.E.1. of the general permit, TXR1500000).  This form is required for primary operators and secondary operators of small construction activities.

Site Notice for “Primary Operators” of Large Construction Activities: This form is required for construction activities which disturb five or more acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb five or more acres of land.  “Primary operator” is defined in the general permit, TXR150000.

Site Notice for “Secondary Operators” of Large Construction Activities: This form is required for construction activities which disturb five or more acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb five or more acres of land.  The secondary operator is defined in the general permit, TXR150000.

Low Rainfall Erosivity form: This form is required to be submitted for any small construction activities applying for a waiver from permitting requirements due to low rainfall erosivity.

Instructions for Low Rainfall Erosivity: These instructions will assist you as you fill out your Low Rainfall Erosivity form.

Signatory Requirement Guidance: This document describes which person(s) have the authority to sign applications and Notices of Intent and Termination as required by Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Section 305.44.
