This is a list of industrial categories and their links to the pretreatment regulations in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) as compiled by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Links will exit the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Web site.
The categorical industrial users (CIUs) subject to these regulations must comply with the reporting, monitoring, and record-keeping requirements specified in the applicable categories.
