Registering to Apply Water Treatment Sludge to Land
Requirements for the land application of water treatment sludge. Links to forms and instructions.
Before you may apply water treatment plant sludge to land in Texas you must:
- Complete form TCEQ-00552
, Registration of Land Application of Water Treatment Sludge. You can find the instructions in the same file as the form. - Print out and complete Annual Sludge Summary Report Form (Water Treatment Plant Sludge Only) .
- If you have not done so already, complete the Core Data Form, TCEQ-10400.

Submit the completed forms to the address shown in the instructions of TCEQ-00552.
