The TCEQ Executive Director created the Water Rights Amendment Notice Advisory Group to offer advice on the type of notice that should be required for water rights amendments after the City of Marshall opinion issued by the Texas Supreme Court.
The purpose of the WRAN is to make recommendations to the Commission concerning what type of notice should be required for amendments of different types of water rights.
The following applications will be discussed at the Commission's public meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at 9:30 AM.
