Drums Partially Full Of Chemicals Propanex And Stam-M-4.

The preliminary investigation inventoried one partially full drum of Propanex-4 (a grass and weed killer) and 5 additional partially full drums of STAM-M-4 (a herbicide), near the northeast corner of Hangar No. 2. Other drums in the photograph appeared to be empty.
