Five Trailer Tankers With Unidentified Liquids Abandoned
The former owners of Permian Chemical left behind these five trailer tankers, each loaded with between 5,000 and 10,000 gallons of liquid waste. After the liquid had been analyzed, it was to be transferred to approved trailers and removed from the site.
