All Material Was Transported Off-site
The TCEQ (formerly TNRCC) contract called for removal of approximately 21,000 cubic yards of residue that had been pushed over the side of the hill to form a containment cell. The Tri-loc blocks that held the geomembrane cover in place, posed no hazard. The blocks were taken to a concrete recycling facility.
