Expedited Review Request for Districts

• Requirements for Creation of Municipal Utility Districts A list designed to ensure a 120-day expedited review of a submitted district creation application. (TCEQ-20380)

• Developer's Bond Application Report Format (RG-178) - A comprehensive outline, containing TCEQ engineering report requirements (Texas Water Code §49.181b) for a bond application. Includes information on developer reimbursements, on retail water, wastewater, or drainage projects, and requirements for when the project feasibility is based on growth.

• "Financial Dormancy and Filing Affidavit" (TCEQ-0447) - File financial dormancy filing affidavit with the Commission by January 31st (Texas Water Code §49.197)
